no one has brilliant ideas like laura has brilliant ideas

so you know how i bought the ipod, but i can't study while listening to music? well i have actually just found the perfect compromise. i have just put in my earplugs AND THEN put on the headphones. it's brilliant. it filters out the most noise and the music is good, but not distracting b/c it's vague enough that i can't concentrate on the words and it's muffled. i like that. now my ipod won't feel like such a waste. except i'm listening on my computer. whatever.
